Tenace coaching offer 6 week courses for Level 1-Beginners, Level 2- Improvers and Level 3- Intermediate players which aim to develop your games and give you an opportunity to take your game to the next level (Please read definitions for each course before booking).

Level 2- Improver

This course is for those that have good hand eye coordination and perception skills. You will have basic shape/technique on your forehand, backhand and serve and you can keep the ball in play consistently. In this course we will look to develop the variation of shots on both the forehand and backhand such as topspin, slice and flat. We will look at shots to add to your skill set such as approach shots when coming into the net, volleys and drop shots. We will also look to add spins to your serve.

Week 1- Preparation with both Racket and footwork

Week 2- Forehand variation

Week 3- Backhand variation

Week 4- Serving with spin and variation

Week 5- Approach and volley

Week 6- Drop shot/angles and Match Play
