The following four Working Groups are currently supporting the work of the Committee:

• Culture – this group is in the process of developing a culture and behaviours that create a welcoming, positive and supporting officiating environment.
• Fees & Expenses – a review of the fees and expenses for Officials is currently being undertaken by this group with a view to proposing suggestions for consideration by the LTA.
• Governance – the remit of this group covers the ABTO Constitution, compliance and a review of policies.
• Reward & Recognition – this group is undertaking a review of the current reward and recognition programme with a view to developing it further and understanding what motivates our Officials.
