Tennis Communities Hub
The Tennis Communities Hub (TCH) hosts a wide range of information to support those involved in tennis, including links to the following:
Tennis Volunteer Community (TVC)
This is a community group for anyone who volunteers within a tennis venue including tennis clubs, parks, universities, and schools. It is a friendly, safe, and open platform to share ideas, knowledge, and best practice and to ask and answer questions relating to running tennis activities/venues. The community is managed by a team of volunteer community champions.
This is a sub-group of the TVC, aimed at anyone with a specific interest in floodlighting; maintenance, new projects, LED installation, sourcing contractors, and more.
Tennis Parents Community (TPC)
This is a peer-to-peer, supportive group for the parents/carers of tennis players of all abilities in Britain. A space for asking for advice, sharing experiences for the benefit of others, and exploring ideas, to enable the whole community to decide how best they can support their children whatever their journey in the sport.
This is a group for venue admins/committee members and coaches who use the ClubSpark platform, to support and help each other in using the ClubSpark platform & apps. This group is monitored by ClubSpark.
The Tennis Communities Hub Volunteers organise and oversee these groups and activities independently while maintaining close collaboration with the LTA. The primary objective of these communities and related initiatives is to promote peer-to-peer learning, facilitate the exchange of good practice, and encourage collaboration among individuals engaged in grassroots tennis.
