BLTSC Head Tennis Coach – Angus Rive                                                                                                                    

Angus Rive is an LTA level 3 tennis coach. He has been working full time at Broomhill Tennis Club since 2020 and during this time he has been particularly successful in bringing beginners up to playing standard and improving the match awareness of already established players. He runs our very popular Cardio Tennis Session and Group Coaching Sessions.

He has worked with all age groups and all abilities in private lessons, group lessons as well as working with school groups and families. In Scotland he was part of the Edinburgh Leisure tennis programmes at Meadows and Craiglockhart for many years until he went to Glasgow University where he was head coach for the social members in his final 2 years. During University he also had the chance to coach in Spain and the Bahamas and coached for a year in Perth, Australia
