LTA Policies

We are committed as a club to work with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) to ensure that we uphold and promote a safe, clean, fun and inclusive environment for all tennis players of all ages and abilities.  The club committee is responsible for upholding the standards requested by the LTA.  These policies and procedures for the club had been developed in collaboration with LTA guidelines and are available here:

1. Safegaurding Policy and Procedures

2. Diversity and Inclusion Policy and Procedures

For more information please go to the LTA website and access the resources under "Venue Management".

The Club is pleased to announce that Mary Barnett has volunteered to be appointed as Club Welfare Officer.  If there is a matter of concern that needs to be brought to the Club Welfare Officer's attention please contact her on her email address at marybarnett5@btinternet.com.  If in doubt - don't stress, make contact.

SAFEGUARDING IS EVERYONE’S RESPONSIBILITY: NOT RESPONDING TO A SAFEGUARDING CONCERN IS NOT AN OPTION.
