Coach Liaison Lead - Tom Vinall 
I am an LTA Accredited+ Level 4 Senior Club Coach and current General Manager at Atlantic Racquet Centre in North Devon. I've been an active Tennis coach for over 15 years and have worked across all areas of the game from inclusive Tennis to performance. I have spent the majority of my career focussed on getting more people playing Tennis at a community level and ensuring they retain in the sport for as long possible. As part of my current role I spend a lot of time mentoring coaches and helping to make improvements to on court programmes and player experience.JOB DESCRIPTION LINK
Schools/Junior National Club League/Play Your Way to Wimbledon - Katherine Rowe
My name is Katherine, I play tennis at Mannamead in Plymouth and take part in the Summer & Winter Leagues. I am also a tennis referee and organise the Play Your Way to Wimbledon competitions and LTA National Leagues.
I also play netball for a local club in Plymouth and have recently taken up rugby. I enjoy going to the beach swimming and surfing.
I started playing tennis at Exmouth Tennis Centre when I was 8. I then moved to Exeter and played at Victoria Park and played in the British College Finals for the South West.
I moved to Plymouth for University and now live there permanently with my husband and 2 cats.

Mens County Seniors Officer (CSO) - Ray Armstrong
Ray Armstrong - Men's County Senior Organiser took over this role in January 2024 whilst continuing as captain for the men's 70+ team. Ray's previous tennis volunteering roles include being treasurer (for 5 years) and chair (for 8 years) at his previous club in Banbury. He was an LTA Wimbledon volunteer in 2013 (when Andy Murray won!) and since moving to Devon in 2016 he has been chair and treasurer at Torquay Tennis Club, before standing down in January 2024.

Ladies County Seniors Officer (CSO) - Di West 
Di moved to Devon in 2017 and was invited to join the Devon team in 2023. Her career in tennis has ranged from being as a coach and referee, forming her own coaching business for schools and local community at a local park, to General Manager of Northampton County Centre. She has also been employed by the LTA as a coordinator of the national and international tournaments in Nottingham - this included the Nottingham Open
Di currently represents Devon as a member of the ladies Over 75's team and plays for Budleigh Salterton Club. Having moved around over the years, Di has played for Dorset, Nottingham, Northampton, and Yorkshire. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and has recently discovered the great game of Pickleball.

Assistant Marketing & Partners/Sponsorship - Jadeen Lowe 
Jadeen started volunteering for Devon County in April 2024 and supports Stuart with Marketing and Sponsorship. She has played tennis from a young age and continues to compete in local leagues with her club. Jadeen was a LTA qualified referee for a number of years and oversaw tournaments across Devon and Gloucestershire.

Ladies Captain - Nicola Trewin 
Nikki is the ladies and also the over 35’s County Captain. Nikki currently plays league tennis for Kingsteignton and also social tennis at Cary Park in Torquay. She was previously a tennis coach at Exmouth Tennis and Fitness centre but has changed careers and is a Beauty and Massage therapist in Shaldon.
Nikki has played tennis since she could hold a tennis racket after her two brothers David and Richard played, so she was always at tournaments from a young age.
Men's Captain - Oskar Wynne 
After starting tennis at the age of 6 at Exmouth Tennis Centre, Oskar has been fortunate enough to represent Devon at every age group and has always been passionate about County Tennis. He is currently living in London and working in Padel tennis administration. Oskar is also a level 4 accredited tennis coach.
Club Liaison Lead - Peter Wilson 
Peter has been involved in almost all aspects of running a tennis club for nearly 25 years. For most of that time he has been treasurer of Plympton Tennis Club. He has run many fundraising activities over this time & in the last few years has successfully completed two large crowdfunding activities raising money for court resurfacing & floodlighting. He is a referee and accredited coach. An active committee member of the Plymouth & District league for the last 10 years, he is currently involved in modernising the league’s online input & reporting system.”

Padel Tennis Lead - Jonathan Gliddon 
Jonathan has come from a successful Squash career, both as a player and in administration leadership.
As a player - accolades include: representing Devon for nearly 40 years, various County Champion titles, Captaining England at Masters level numerous times and a British Open Masters Champion.
In administration - represented the Devon county committee as Devon Captain for many years and member of England Squash Masters committee, culminating in leading the most successful Squash Masters circuit in the world, in the role of Chairman of England Squash Masters.
Jonathan finally retired from Squash in 2022 to concentrate on the fresh challenge of the fastest growing sport in the world - Padel.
Since becoming addicted to Padel, Jonathan has transferred his skills, by representing Devon Padel as playing Captain and in the role of Devon County Padel Ambassador for the Devon LTA committee.
Jonathan is a qualified Padel Referee and Coach and offers advice, networking and assistance on planning for new Padel courts and new Padel clubs in Devon, with the aim to continue and accelerate the growth of this exciting, dynamic and fantastic sport.
