What is Devon Junior County Training? It is organised practice sessions which provides regular opportunities for the best players in the county to train and compete with one another.
What can I expect from County Training?
- High intensity, fun squad training session run on a monthly basis
- Players involved in the squads may get opportunities to represent their county as part of a county team
- County Training is delivered by Devon coaches who have specialised training and a track record of working with county performance players

The Devon County Junior Programme is managed by Will McNally (Devon Tennis County Performance Manager). Will coordinates the Devon Junior Performance programme which currently has over 120 players involved at all age groups, as well as looking for the next group of players to come through.
Devon Tennis runs approximately 10 county training sessions for all age groups (except 18U) throughout the year. The ethos of the training is to develop a strong team spirit and identity, with a real loyalty to Devon Tennis.
