Data Protection Policy

In order to comply with the highest standards of data protection, only the following information will be circulated using the Grasshoppers email list:

1) The latest information on Grasshopper tennis activities and social events 

2) Anything which affects tennis court availability including matches outside the usual times

3) Occasionally events and activities to raise money for charity in which current members of Grasshoppers are involved.

You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails but please note that if you do unsubscribe you will miss many club activities and events plus other important information which is only circulated by email.

If you enter a club competition your email address and phone number will be circulated to the other people who enter the competition unless you specifically ask to be excluded.  You also agree that this information must only be used to arrange matches and not used for any other purpose or shared with others.

As a general rule, gigs and social events outside the club but run by members to which all members of Grasshoppers are invited may be advertised on the club notice board or with a message on the club’s bar but will not be emailed using the club email list.
