Obtaining a Key Fob to Access the Clubhouse

If you require an electronic key fob to access the clubhouse, these are complimentary for new members.  Replacements can be purchased if necessary for £10 from any of the coaching staff or by emailing Kevin Smith on the club;s email address  tennishaleltc@gmail.com.

NOTE - Normal access is for the clubhouse only. If you wish bar access (to serve) specify with your request.

To request access to the bar additional approval is required - Specify also with your request.

NOTE - FOBs should not be loaned to other members. Usage is trackable.

FOBs are available to Adult members, Named Parent / Guardians and Juniors of 18 or over.

Parents are responsible for use by their family members and in no case should a child under age 15 use a FOB even with arental or Guardian approval and oversight. Juniors are NOT permitted behind the bar for obvious legal reasons and club policy
