VISITORS FEES

Visitors fees are payable per guest per visit. (£5 for each guest of a member)

Visitor fees can be also paid by card or cash at the Bar Till.  Contact a member or coach with bar  and till access - They will help you.

Please note:

• Individual guests / visitors are welcomed up to 5 times in a season.
• Up to 3 guests playing with a member at any time
• The fee is £5 per guest per occasion whether playing singles or doubles (not for a court with guests)

We rely on members to cover their guests fees

NOTE - We are a member's club and only members and their invited guests are able to use the facilities. If a Parent/Guardian wishes to practise with their child then they have to join. Alternatively, our visitor policy provides the opportunity, for a fee for up to 5 visits with a visitor fee of £5 per use. Members (or their parent/guardian) are responsible to make the payment to the visitors box provided.

AND FOR THOSE USING THE OLD METHOD (WHILE WE RETAIN THE OPTION(

The normal conditions are:

1. Sign the visitor into the Visitors book provided
2. You can also pay the visitors fee by:

• Putting £5 in the envelope provided (See details in the clubhouse)
• Writing  - Your Name / Visitor Name / Date on the envelope
• Putting the envelope into the box below

If in doubt put money in an envelope marked as above and hand to a coach
