Problems booking a court

If you see that the time slots on the booking sheet are 'locked' like the following:

Please make sure of the following:

  1. You must be a paid up member of the Club.
  2. You must be logged into Clubspark.

Membership status

Please contact us and we can inform you of your membership status.

 

Please check you are logged in

To check that you are logged in, you can look in the top right hand corner of the screen.

If it says 'Login', it means you are not logged in!

Click on 'Login'.

 

There are a number of methods of signing in. If you don't know by which way you sign in, please contact us.

Once you are signed in your name will appear in the top right corner of the page.

Go the booking page.

The slots should not be 'locked'.

Please note that yo are only allowed to book courts within a certain date range, currently it is 14 days.
