Club Facilities

Courts
The entrance gate to the courts has a code entry, this code is for members only and and should not be given to non members.  The code is changed each year on March 1st and is provided to members in their confirmation email after they have renewed their membership.

Players play at their own risk and must take responsibility for their own safety.  It is the players’ responsibility to decide if the courts are safe and fit for use. The courts drain very well but please be aware that in the case of wet or icy conditions the courts can be slippery and in winter it can take time for frost/ice to clear due to the high hedge and the ice is not always visible.

There are brushes in the clubhouse for clearing leaves as well as a leaf blower; please ensure it is put back on charge after use.

After playing please lower the nets are raised them off the ground using the bungie cords provided.

First Aid
There is a First Aid Box in the clubhouse, if used please inform a committee member so it can be replaced.

There is a defibrillator at the village hall entrance.

In the case of an accident please complete an accident report form which is in the back of the green Safeguarding Folder in the clubhouse, and please inform a committee member immediately.

Clubhouse
Please ensure the clubhouse is left tidy, rubbish cleared and any cups used washed up and put away. Please make sure the lights and heater are turned off and it is locked and the gate is firmly closed. If you require a key please get in touch with Caroline Baker carolinebaker75@gmail.com or 07733 322176, a £6 deposit is required.

Floodlights
Lights should be turned off at 9pm in Winter (9:30pm for matches) and 10pm Summer (Summer is April 1st – September 30th).

The control boxes for the floodlights are located inside the clubhouse, if you do not have a key please contact Caroline Baker carolinebaker75@gmail.com or 07733 322176, a £6 deposit is required. Please use hand sanitiser before and after use and ensure the clubhouse is locked afterwards. Floodlights tokens cost £4.00 for 1 hour’s play and are available from

Ball Machine
There is a ball machine for members to use which is kept in the clubhouse, there are instructions with it.  Please ensure it is put back correctly and plugged in for charging.  There are special balls please ensure they are put back in the black container.

Toilets
The toilets at the front of the village hall and the back of the hall up the steps can be used by members and visitors, there is a key in the key safe it is the same key for both.  Please ensure this is returned to the key safe.  

Fire Exit
In the event of a fire, if safe to do so please use the fire extingusher in the clubhouse and call the emergency services. The side gate is the emergency exit in case of a fire, the code to get out is 1234.
