Competition Fri, 09 Feb 2024 February Half-Term Junior Holiday Tennis starts TUESDAY 13th FEBRUARY 2024 with Holiday Junior Tennis Sessions running 9am -12pm Mini's (9-10am, 9-11am & 10am-12pm all possible) & 12-3pm Juniors. Sessions continue every weekday, until Saturday 17th February. For those that already attend Saturdays, there is no change, i.e.9-10, 10-12 & 12-3. Lots of treats available plus PRIZES! & as it's that time of year we will be stocked with hot chocolate & hot dogs!
Read more Competition Thu, 01 Feb 2024 This event is open to all tennis players in North Devon whether or not you are an LTA member. Entries can be made online, by email or by post. The event will be played at Tarka Leisure Centre in February and March. The qualifying rounds of each event will take place in one session on a round robin basis so every entrant will get plenty of tennis. Wherever there are sufficient entries, entrants will be divided into two round robin groups with the winner of each group qualifying for the final

Read more Competition Mon, 15 May 2023 To celebrate the FRENCH OPEN & the onset of Summer, on Saturday 10th June from 1pm we are running a FUN Doubles event for ALL Club Adults & Juniors. Partnerships can be sorted on the day so you can enter with or without a partner. We also aim to use all courts between 1pm & 3/4pm & we aim to have age & ability groupings.
Read more Competition Thu, 27 Apr 2023 This local Bideford Tournament runs from May 27th to June 4th with all events being held on set days. This is a fun tournament with events for all ages ranging from U8 to Vets’. All children’s events are in the daytime whilst adult events are on Bank Holiday Monday (29th May), evenings or weekends. There is no Finals Day. All draws will be either Elimination & Consolation, Round Robin or Compass, so there will be lots of tennis!

Robin lost his semi-final 10-7 to runner-up Iseo & then won his 3rd/4th play-off 10-6 against Oscar. Congratulations to winner Tudor, girls winner Amelia, runner-up Fenna & all the players competing & for making it to the event considering the weather conditions!

Experienced tournament player Kit, won all his 6 matches to finish winner of his group & effective overall winner & is 11 & 0 in his last two tournaments. Ralph, who was competing for the very first time, played some excellent tennis & came away with his first tournament match win. Ralph has been making great progress in internal matches in preparation for this tournament.
