Using ClubSpark

How do I create a login for ClubSpark?

Typically our membership team will send you an invite to login after your initial email (or when sending the first payment request). You can either create a login on the LTA site first and link that to your ClubSpark account (recommended) or you can set up a new login directly via ClubSpark.

Please note that junior members under 13 cannot have their own login / account so a parent will need to create the account. 

How do I cancel a session in ClubSpark?

There is no need to contact us directly if your child cannot attend a session, you can follow these instructions to cancel yourself. If 24 hours notice is given, a full refund will be issued. 

How can I see what sessions my child is already booked onto?

Log into your ClubSpark account.  In the top right hand corner, click on your name and then your child's name. This takes you to their profile. From here click on Your Courses. This will show all the sessions your child is currently booked onto:

 

I have signed my child up as a member but only seen non member pricing on the site.

You will only see the membership pricing if you are logged in and checking out. If you add the session/s to your basket and go to the next stage of the booking process, you should then see the membership pricing.

Clubspark LTA Login Changes

From Monday 29th November 2021,  Clubspark are rolling out single sign-on which will affect how you login to Latika. The process is simple:

- You  will need to log in as normal with your ClubSpark (email/password) account

- You’ll then be asked to complete the short 2–3 minute process to create or merge with an LTA account.

- You’re all set! Next time you visit the LTA Clubspark platform or any LTA system, remember to use your LTA account.
