Regular Club Sessions & Coaching Schedules

Individual coaching can be booked directly via our Head Coach, Rob Flynn - email rob.flynn@rftennis.co.uk.

Regular sessions and group coaching are as follows:  

Mondays

Cardio Tennis.  Monday 1 - 2 pm, members can book online at https://www.rftennis.co.uk/Coaching/Adult

Ladies Team Practice. In Summer 6pm onwards. By invitation, contact Ladies Captains.

 

Tuesdays

Advanced Group Coaching – Tuesday 1 – 2 pm, members can book online at https://www.rftennis.co.uk/Coaching/Adult

Adult Club Session -  6pm-10pm  courts 1,2,3,4,5,6

Adult Improvers - 6pm - 9pm court 7 and 6-7.30pm courts 8,9 

 

Wednesdays

Adult Club Sessions

     9am - 11.30am courts 7,8,9

     9.30am - 11.30am courts 4,5,6

     9.30am - 12pm courts 1,2,3

Beginner Group Coaching

      1pm – 2 pm, members can book all or individual sessions online at https://www.rftennis.co.uk/Coaching/Adult

Mens Team Practice. In Summer from 6pm. By invitation, contact Mens Captains

 

Thursdays

Improver Group Coaching – Thursday 1 – 2 pm, members can book all or individual sessions online at https://www.rftennis.co.uk/Coaching/Adult

Beginner/Improver Rusty Racquets Coaching. Thursday 6 – 7 pm, members can book all or individual sessions online at https://www.rftennis.co.uk/Coaching/Adult

NB. New members - Rob Flynn will indicate which club sessions and/or coaching sessions are most appropriate as part of your "Welcome Session". Current members - please ask Rob if you are unsure of which group session to attend.

Adult Club Sessions: 6pm - 10pm courts 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7-9pm courts 8,9

Adult Improvers: 7pm - 9pm court 7

 

Fridays

Adult Club Sessions:

     9am - 11.30am courts 7,8,9

     9.30am - 11.30am courts 4,5,6

     9.30am - 12pm courts 1,2,3

 

Sundays

Adult Club Sessions:

     1pm - 6 pm - summer

     2pm - 6 pm winter
 

These sessions are for doubles play and are recommended for players with ratings between 7.1 and 10.2.  All players are expected to mix in regardless of playing standards, avoiding 'fixed fours'.
