MLTC has moved over to Clubspark for our membership. We will also be moving to Clubspark for our court bookings from 1 April 2026. Any courts booked with March dates will still use the old system but for any courts booked from April onward will need to use the Clubspark.

There are a number of reasons for doing this:

-Reduce the number of logins and systems members need to use.
- More efficient for administration purposes.
- Simpler booking system.
- Guest fees paid at the time of booking.
 

Many things will remain the same with the new system:

- Bookings go live at 9pm 8 days before. 
- You can book a maximum of 90 minutes at a time. 
- You can book multiple sessions a day (as long as they are not concurrent). 
 

Changes to the booking system:

- You will need to login on the website to access the new booking system.
- We are doing away with the priority system so that all free courts will be bookable at the same time. (There will not be the need for courts to be released for general booking 4 days in advance)
 - There will no longer be colour coded slots restricting booking.
- Regular club sessions, group coaching sessions, individual coaching sessions, matches and match practices will all be entered before bookings go live to members.
- When booking Oaken Grove you will receive a PIN code for entry rather than needing to know the padlock code. (This will go live sometime in April once the new gate is installed)
- If bringing a guest to the club, please add them to your booking and pay the 6 pound booking fee at that time.
