Friendly Matches.

Whilst friendly matches are competitive, they are designed to be played in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. They enable people to play with club members they don’t normally play with and to try out competitive tennis with people from different clubs.

Our match against Launceston on Sunday 13th was no exception. It was a sunny and most enjoyable day for all, including exceptionally good tennis and much laughter. Okehampton finally won but this was not the main conversation at our afternoon tea.

We are looking forward to our next match at Launceston in 2006.  Thanks to Denise and Helen for organising such a great day.
