Some fine new trophies were added to the club award cabinet this year. In addition to the longstanding Rose bowl and Ikoya cup trophies, we added: Best player, Rising star/Most promising player, Most improved player, Club player of the year, Services to the club and Chair’s award. Congratulations to this years winners, including Matt and Graham pictured. Trophies will be on display in the OCRA pavilion.

Read moreFriendly Matches. Whilst friendly matches are competitive, they are designed to be played in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. They enable people to play with club members they don’t normally play with and to try out competitive tennis with people from different clubs. Our match against Launceston on Sunday 13th was no exception.
Read moreIt was splendid summer weather for the annual Ikoya cup tournament today. All the courts were in use and some great tennis played, especially in the semi finals and finals. Pete and Hayley came out top, they played hard and were a joy to watch from the sidelines - very deserving champions. Jackie in the OCRA pavilion provided delicious teas afterwards, to finish off a super Sunday afternoon. Great way to start the summer tennis tennis season. Thanks to Louise for organising it all!
