Our clubhouse is available for hire across the year

We have a function room which consists of a large seating area with tables, television, pool table and fully functional kitchen area. The other room consists of a bar area with various seating, along with male and female toilets.

Our venue is suitable for children's events during the day and over 18 parties of an evening. We also hire our venue for other planned activities. We also have a speaker system to play music through CD’s, or plugging in your mobile device.

The bar is not usually opened for children's parties as the club is run by a small number of volunteers and offers little return.

Venue capacity is no more than 90 people.

Our facilities are available for hire Monday to Saturday each week. We don’t hire our facilities out on a Sunday as this clashes with a variety of internal activities.

Hire rates are as follows;

• Day Time Hire: £20 per hour with no additional charge beyond 3 hours (i.e. £60 maximum)
• Evening Hire: £60

Please note – we no longer accommodate bouncy castles due to the demand for tennis courts and disturbance to neighbours.
