Safeguarding, Child Protection & Inclusivity

Pensford Tennis Club is committed to prioritising the well-being of children, i.e. anyone aged under 18, and those adults deemed to be at risk by promoting safeguarding in our Club at all times.

Anyone who is concerned about the well-being of a child/adult at risk or has a disclosure of abuse or neglect made to the MUST immediately report it to:

• Elaine Davidson or Sally Whitemore, the clubs Safeguarding Officers on pensfordtc@gmail.com 

• AND the LTA Safeguarding Team via the on-line reporting form: LTA Safeguarding Report Form or,
• Call the NSPCC on: 0808 800 5000

However if someone is in immediate danger, call the police (999).

Please remember at all times that doing nothing is NOT an option; report all concerns and disclosures as soon as possible.
