Safeguarding, Child Protection & Inclusivity

Pensford Tennis Club promotes safeguarding for all members and visitors to our Club at all times. We are committed to prioritising the well-being of children, i.e. anyone aged under 18, and those adults deemed to be at risk. 

Anyone who is concerned about the well-being of a child/adult at risk or has a disclosure of abuse or neglect made to the MUST immediately report it to:

• Elaine Davidson or Sally Whitemore - the Club Welfare Officer's  via the email address pensfordtc@gmail.com

• AND the LTA Safeguarding Team via the on-line reporting form: LTA Safeguarding Report Form 
  or
• Call the NSPCC on: 0808 800 5000

However if someone is in immediate danger, call the police (999).

Please remember at all times that doing nothing is NOT an option; report all concerns and disclosures as soon as possible.
