Notes from the coach
This session is aimed at developing our players who play regularly and who enjoy representing our teams in the summer. A series of fairly intense drills from the basket to ensure technical development on all strokes. Chopper grip on the serve is a focus as is confident net play. Team tennis is a regular theme with a focus on tactics and on-court positioning.
