In week commencing 27th April 2026, Courts 1-4 will be unavailable for play as our contractors will be on site repainting the court surface. This is subject to the weather being suitable for the work to proceed.
 

Whilst this clearly improves the look of the courts, equally importantly it protects the porous nature of the surface (allowing rainwater to drain away quickly) & prevents the growth of moss & weeds which ultimately break down the court surface.

We recognise that this will be an inconvenience to Members but is essential maintenance which is only possible once temperatures have risen.

Note that on Courts 5 & 6 it is business as usual during this period. However, there are a number of Club activities (e.g. Junior coaching) which will need to move to 5 & 6 during this time.
