As well as actually playing tennis, there are many social events which the club holds throughout the year and offers everyone a chance to get involved in the club's future development.
During the year we have a club presentation evening where we get together at a local venue, present trophies and have an informal meal which is always a great way to catch up and reflect upon the last twelve months. Follow our news and social media posts for details on the date for this years event.
In addition to this, there are seasonal events which occur. In spring and summer we have the Open Days for people to try tennis, and we also run Holiday Camps for the kids which occur in the Spring, Summer and Autumn school holidays. We also host a variety of fund raising events throughout the year such as quiz nights, Barbecues and making our facilities available for the Boston Road Junior Park Run, and we are always looking for volunteers to help out.
Finally, a new Prize Draw for the coming year commences shortly. As this is one of our major fund-raising activities, please support us if you can. The cost is just £24 per year and you have 12 chances to win cash prizes. Two winners are announced each month.
