We organise 2 annual internal tennis tournaments and all members are encouraged to enter.

The Veterans Tournament  takes place in May at the club with the finals day on the 3rd Saturday in May, (40+ for ladies, 45+ for men). There are men’s singles and doubles, ladies singles and doubles and mixed doubles events. 

The Junior and Main Club Tournament take place August to September at the club with the finals day on the last Saturday in September. All members can enter the tournament. There are also men’s singles and doubles, ladies singles and doubles and mixed doubles events. 

We have a BBQ on finals days. All members and friends are welcome. It is your chance to mix in with some of SHTC's finest. 

Rules of SHTC Tournaments
Each round will be the best of three full sets. A tie break will be played in all sets. 

If matches are not played by the “played by” date then the tournament referees’ decision will be final as to who goes through to the next round.

Tournament Refrees will be announced before the tournaments begin.
