Social tennis sessions are at the heart of club life at South Hampstead Tennis Club. They’re a relaxed, friendly way to play doubles, meet other members, or simply watch with a drink from the bar.

All members are welcome to join in. Doubles play takes priority during social sessions, and players rotate after each set to give everyone a fair chance to play. A simple “racquets-in” system is used to manage the order of play.

The clubhouse bar is usually open during social tennis sessions.

• Wednesday: 6.00pm – 10.00pm
• Friday: 6.00pm – 10.00pm
• Saturday: 3.00pm – 6.00pm
• Sunday: 3.00pm – 6.00pm
