Notes from the coach
Org+ is a group for players who can score, play matches for the club and compete regularly, and are invitation only. For regular orange ball tennis please look for another group without the +. This session includes a 30 minutes strength and conditioning session from 5.15-5.45pm with players from our Red+ group.
