We run our AWARD WINNING tennis coaching at BOTH ABSTC and OTTC so please check which courses we run from in each location.

Our goal is for EVERY child who joins us on court for tennis coaching to get to the best possible level they can get to based on how much they do. We do things properly. We want people to play tennis for life. We coach with an emphasis on enjoyment, but also champion hard work, focus and respect, life skills not only good on court, but also off court.

No need for any previous experience. New players welcome. Just come along with sensible sports clothing (school PE kit is fine), a decent pair of trainers,  a drink/snack for when we take a break and a 'can do' attitude! 

It's fine to book onto a course after it has started, and you won't pay for any missed sessions - it's all done on a pro-rata basis (even though the course dates don't change so it looks like you're paying more - you're not don't worry!). 

DO I NEED TO MAKE MY CHILD A TENNIS CLUB MEMBER?

The answer is no, but in most instances it makes the cost of coaching cheaper. The clubs (not the coaches) determine what the guest fee for non-members is in each location.

If your child is doing a coaching course at ABSTC then the guest fee (non-members) for ONE SESSION is £3. At OTTC the guest fee is £1 per session.

Each term on average is 13 sessions, so a course at ABSTC will cost £39 extra for a non-member, at OTTC this cost will be £13. Over a year (3 terms) this will be £117 at ABSTC and £39 at OTTC extra for non-members...

...so it makes sense to become a member because in almost all cases it will SAVE YOU MONEY...

MEMBERSHIP of both clubs is great value for money (prices are for a FULL YEAR):

ABSTC is £45 for MINIS (10&U), £78 for JUNIORS (11+years) - benefits include free parent play with child, unlimited court bookings, use of clubhouse, Junior club afternoon (free session) on Sundays 1-3pm and entry into league teams and junior tournaments

OTTC is £40 for MINIS (10&U), £65 for JUNIORS (11+years) - benefits include free parent play with child, unlimited court bookings, use of clubhouse.

LTA youth stages (age group):

Blue 3-5 years  -  Red 5-8 years  -  Orange 8-10 years  -  Green 9-11 years - Yellow 11+ years

DEVELOPMENT (beginners and less experienced)

DEVELOPMENT+ (for our stronger more experienced development players)

PERFORMANCE+ (INVITE ONLY - smaller ratios for our strongest juniors playing in our teams or county squad players)
