About this course

Notes from the coach

A fortnightly squad for our players in our + groups in 10&12U age categories. This is a training session based around 'volume', where players will hit more balls and play more points in this session that any other, with less technical coaching. We will get a chance to see our stronger players play points and set conditional tactical situations for them to explore. We will also test player's mental strength during point-play to make them more used to pressure situations for when they go out and compete.
