Non-Member Pay & Play Terms of Use

Our all-weather tennis courts are available for use by the public which can be booked on-line subject to availability up to 5 Days in Advance. As part of the booking process members can see real-time court usage and forward availability so they can book spontaneously or plan ahead.

Booking fee is at £10 per court, per hour. If floodlights are required, this is currently charged as an extra at £3 per half hour. (lights will turn off at 10pm) Tokens are available from Spar Stores opposite the Tennis Courts (Guide to their use is on the Court Booking page once signed in).

Pay & Play is often available other than when club nights, tournaments, coaching and matches are taking place.

• Please adhere to our Code of Conduct (Court Etiquette and Code of Conduct) & Health & Safety 

• To book a court, simply click on any available time slot. You will be prompted to log-in in order to book. If you do not already have a LTA/Clubspark account, you will be required to create one. Complete the booking requirements and when finished, you will be sent a booking confirmation with code entry via email. Bookings must be made by a person over the age of 18 years. Remember to add all participants using the courts.

• Players under the age of 18 are the responsibility of the person booking the court.

• Juniors under the age of 13 playing on the club’s courts must be supervised by a parent/guardian.

• The court booking should be made by the parent/guardian on behalf of the junior specifying the names of all participants.

• Please either print the booking confirmation or take a mobile phone that can display the booking confirmation (this is your proof of court booking).

• Floodlights are available see website for deatails of how to use, (Court 5 lights are illuminated at the same time as court 4 and will expire at the same time).

• When booked, up to four people may use the court. Equipment is not supplied.

• Please ensure that you play on the court that you booked. (they are 1 to 5 from the main gate).

• If after booking you find that you are no longer able to play, please cancel your booking so that others may use the courts.

• You can cancel your booking and be refunded up to 6hrs. before the start of your session. After this period you will be charged and court fees are non-refundable. Please look at the weather forecast before you play.

• When wet or frosty, the courts and lines become slippery. Please take this into consideration when deciding to play. Use of the courts is at your discretion and Wadebridge Tennis Club takes no responsibility for injuries or loss sustained while you are using the courts.

• Please note that only Wadebridge Tennis coaches are allowed to operate on the courts and that we have a policy of no ball baskets or ball machines to be used on the courts other than by the coaches. Any other coaches found coaching at the site will be asked to leave immediately

• Please do not bring bikes, scooters, skateboards, footballs, etc. (chewing gum or glass) onto the courts they are for tennis only. Remove all rubbish.

• Please wear appropriate sports clothing and non-marking footwear when playing. All players are expected to maintain standards of behaviour appropriate to an environment in which both adult and junior members may be present. Please read our Code of Conduct and ensure that shirts are worn on the court even in very hot weather.

• Players should wait for a gap in play before crossing behind a court where a match is in progress.

• Please do not allow balls to constantly stray onto other courts and interrupt the enjoyment of other court users, wait for balls to be returned and not run across other courts to retrieve them.

• Players are asked to keep the gate closed and not allow tailgating, open for your own use only, other players should have been given their booking code, make sure the court gate is closed and secured at all times especially if you are the last to leave the courts.

• CCTV is in operation at this site for the purpose of security and safeguarding
