We had a great day on Saturday hosting our first Route to Employment workshop with our Tennis Assistants and LTA Youth Leaders
The aim of the workshop was for the coaches to find out what characteristics a good coach needs and develop their skills in key areas such as demonstrations, communication, organisation and feeding.
We even had the brilliant Jo Cunliffe from the LTA come along and deliver the workshop to our coaching team! Thank you Jo.
Well done to Phil, Daniel, Fraser, Harry, Christopher, Chloe and Izzie on completing the workshop.
