Checklist to using the courts 

1. Read the Safe to Play information
2. Check the venue home page for any important updates
3. Check the weather forecast before booking, by clicking here.
4. Log into ClubSpark to unlock the booking sheets (top right hand corner)
5. Always enter your PIN when you arrive, to show you used your booking
6. Remember to cancel any bookings you cannot make, learn how to by clicking here

Christmas + New Year: The Park Tennis inbox will not be monitored from noon on Tuesday 24th December and the Council office will be closed from 3pm on the same day. The office re-opens on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Court access: If you have any problems with your court access code then please call the telephone number on your booking confirmation email where you will be provided with the necessary information. 

Misuse and damage: if you see anyone misusing the facilities or if you have found damage please email us with as much information as possible including dates & times. If you see anyone damaging the facilities please call 101 immediately to report. #RespectParks

Glass on court: If you come across glass on the Park Tennis court please report it immediately by calling the Council on 01372 474474 and asking for Green Spaces or email them directly on Greenspaces@elmbridge.gov.uk.
