The gym is fully equipped with cardio machines from Life Fitness.
It features treadmills, x-trainers, summit trainers and both recline and upright exercise bikes.
All machines are installed with the Discover Lifescape system and contain a wide variety of audiovisual and interactive features allowing for a truly personal workout experience each time you set foot in the gym.
The gym also features the very latest rowing machines from Concept II.
