The GTC Gym strength equipment features elite performance standard strength training stations from Life Fitness’ Hammer Strength, Signature Series and Optima Series range.
In addition to this, there is a comprehensive free weight area.
Our aim is to ensure that all training needs can be met within this facility from beginner to elite level, in a safe and non-intimidating environment.
