It is advisable to book to play as this will give you the automatic right to play ahead of those who turn up on the off chance of an available court. You will need to be logged into your ClubSpark account (which is the account created by you when you applied online for membership).

RULES

• It is your responsibility to know and check that those you are booking a court with/for are bonefide members.
• Please note that for insurance purposes, Committee members or coaches or captains need to be on site (and made aware of being in a supervisary capacity) for any non-member guests.

BOOKING STEPS

• Start on the Court Bookings home page.
• Choose the booking sheet option for you: Tennis, Pickleball or Practise Wall (green lettering indicates the booking sheet name).
• Use the calendar icon or date scroll, if selecting a date in the future.
• Click 'Continue booking' - (green box).
• The system only books one hour at a time which you may wish to extend:
• Scroll down to the bottom of the booking confirmation message to 'Make another booking' - (green box) and click.

OPTIONAL 'Add Participants'

• The Optional 'Add any participants', if used when booking allows the Club to spot check for any non-members accessing the courts. Otherwise it is a surplus function for our club since we do not charge booking fees.

BOOKING LIMITS per member

• Member bookings are automatically limited to eight days ahead, with each player able to book ten hours within a seven day period.  Two consecutive slots can be booked at a time for the convenience of players wanting to play for longer.  By taking turns in making bookings with those you play with, you can enjoy playing for many, many more hours beyond 10 hours per week and for more than 2 hours at a time.
• Additionally, captains and coaches have been given extended booking terms so they are able to plan ahead and book for matches, practises and other events on behalf of others.
