Mini Tennis is taught from 3yrs to 10yrs old using an LTA approved programme of coaching, with the emphasis on enjoyment. Starting with low compression balls and small courts to ensure basic skills and techniques can be learned, children gradually progress to the full size court to prepare them for Junior Tennis.
Junior Tennis is played from 10 yrs old and although many children start with Mini Tennis our coaching team happily teach absolute beginners of any age. Many of our junior players are skilled enough to compete in our senior teams.
Adult Tennis coaching for beginners is very popular but many of our team players find sessions with our coaches to be beneficial as well. There are also "rusty raquet" sessions aimed at the many people who are returning to the game after a break.
