Play Your Way to Wimbledon 2026

Play Your Way to Wimbledon, powered by Vodafone, is back for 2026 and we’d love as venues as possible in Berkshire to host events!

Bring your venue to life with a fun, Wimbledon-inspired event for juniors and adults. Hosting is free and you’ll get a venue pack filled with prizes, certificates, promo materials, and winners’ medals. Winners go on to County/Area Finals and could even play on the grass at Wimbledon! Run singles, doubles, or both, in any format that suits your venue.

KEY VENUE DETAILS

  • Juniors – A singles pathway for 11-14 year olds and a doubles pathway for 11-18 year olds. Venues can choose to run a singles, doubles or both events.
  • Adults – A doubles pathway for players 19+ years. Venues can choose to run a doubles event for men, women, or both.
  • Venues can run all events (junior singles, doubles, and adult doubles) or choose a selection of events they wish to run.
  • Entry is FREE for all venues. Venues will receive a free resource pack including an organiser guide, promotional resources, player certificates, prizes, and a winner’s medal.
  • We strongly encourage all venues to run events open for anyone, to allow local players the opportunity to compete in the event.
  • All venues must be LTA Registered to take part in the competition.
  • Great recreational, fun, and sociable competition ideal for all players with an eligible ITF World Tennis Number.

 

VENUE ENTRY WINDOW

  • 4th December 2025 – 1st February 2026
  • Resource packs will be received w/c 23rd February

 

HOW TO SIGN UP

All Play Your Way to Wimbledon venue stage events will now be housed on the LTA Competition Management System (CMS). This will allow for a more streamlined process for you, for players and ensure integrity across all events. It will also make it easier for you to check a player’s ITF World Tennis Number, track sign-ups and deliver your event.

By selecting these events you are committing to running them, therefore please take some time to consider what you are entering and ensure that you can deliver each of the events you sign-up for.

Players can take part in the Play Your Way to Wimbledon Disability Pathway via the LTA Regional Series events. You can promote Play Your Way to Wimbledon to Learning Disability, Visually Impaired and Wheelchair players at your venue. If you believe a player is eligible for an event, please contact disabilitycompetitions@lta.org.uk to confirm eligibility criteria and event dates.
