Mental Health Awareness Week

It's Mental Health Awareness week (13th–17th May) and the perfect opportunity to raise awareness of how sport and phyiscal activity can be of great benefit to everyone, but partiularly those struggling with their mental health or who have mental disorders.

In partnership with the LTA, Sport in Mind have put together a brilliant resource which provides a wealth of information about mental health and how tennis venues can engage with their communities to support those who are experiencing mental health issues.
