Berkshire 8U Novices Grand Prix 2024 

After last year's success and in collaboration with venues around the county, we're launching this year's series of competitions aimed at getting new 8U players taking part in tennis matches in the lead up to the Berkshire Junior County Championships.

These Grand Prix tournaments are aimed at players who have only just started (or are about to start) their competitive journey in tennis, providing a fun and supportive environment for young players. We'd love to see more 8U players take part in the Berkshire Junior County Championships in August 2024, so the aim of these tournaments is to build confidence of young players to do so.

If you have a 8U player would like to have a go at taking part in one of these events, they will need to be an LTA Advantage member and then enter an event on the LTA Competions website.

The events taking place around the county are:

- Slough Tennis Club: 28th April (closing date 24th April)

- Cantley Park GDTennis: 18th May (closing date 11th May) 

- Windsor LTC: 2nd June (entry opens 17th April, closes 26th May)

- Goswell Park Courts, Windsor: 16th June 

- Binfield Tennis Club: 30th June

- Latika Junior Tennis Club: 14th July (entry opens 29th May, closes 7th July)
