Play your Way to Wimbledon returned to Beverley Park LTC on Saturday and it even included the sun.
We had 8 teams competing in the men’s doubles event and it was great to see players from all over the North East enter!
Well done to Phill & Sean who beat Stewart & Simon 6-3 in the final.
The ladies doubles tournament then followed and we had 5 teams battle it out on court.
Well done to Tammy & Alex who came top of the group, winning all their matches.
Both winning pairs will now go through to the regional stage and their chance to play at Wimbledon is still alive.
