ADULT COACHING

Monday’s Rusty/Beginner's group- for those who are returning to the game or just starting, with the aim of improving your specific technical and tactical skills for both doubles and singles.

Day: Monday DAY TIME SESSION
Time: 1-2pm 
Cost £14 per session members, £19 non members

Tuesday- For Intermediate/ Advanced club players, this session is aimed at honing your doubles and singles skills with a mixture of drills, rallying, and matchplay!

Day: Tuesday  EVENING SESSION (Ladies A+ B Team Practice)

Time: 7-8:30pm 
Cost: £10 per session members.

Wednesday’s Intermediate sessions- focusing on improving your specific technical and tactical skills for both doubles and singles. We will also cover court positioning and roles and responsibilities in doubles, with the idea of integrating into social and club matches.

Day: Wednesday DAY TIME SESSION 
Time: 10:30-11.30am 
Cost £14 per session £19 non members

Day: (Mens A+ B Team Practice)
Time: 7.30-9pm
Cost: £10 per session

I am also available throughout the week for Individual Coaching at a rate of £45 per hour, if there is anything specific you wanted to work on in your game.

Please note that for ALL Adult Courses, we request 3 weeks payment in advance and should be paid prior to attending any of the courses-however,  these sessions can be taken at any time.
