Gift cards/vouchers may be made available for purchase by Carl Douglas Tennis Coaching during certain times of the year and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. They can be used as payment in part or whole towards the cost of 1:1 coaching services provided by Carl Douglas Tennis Coaching.

Discount codes and/or credits may also be issued from time, for example when it has not been possible to run a “make-up” session following a group squad cancellation or for promotional (special offer) purposes.

Gift cards should be treated like cash; if it is lost, or stolen, it will not be replaced. Please see additional terms relating to gift cards/vouchers below.

• Gift Cards. Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Any sessions remaining unclaimed after the expiry date will be lost. Only one gift voucher can be used per course booking.
• Gift Card redemption. Gift cards are only redeemable for 1:1 coaching and all such sessions must be pre-booked at a mutually agreeable time with the coach and at a location of the coaches choosing. Gift cards can be redeemed by phone or in person only via the redemption contact details as provided on the gift card.
• Gift Card Refunds. Once purchased, gift cards are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
• Discount codes and credits - Discount codes and/or credits may be used from time to time for promotional purposes or in lieu of session cancellations (see cancellation policy). In all cases, discount codes and/or credits cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards.
• Coach availability and Gift Card Expiry Extension. Carl Douglas Tennis Coaching does not guarantee that spaces for 1:1 coaching will be available and hence always limits the availability of Gift Cards. If you are in receipt of a Gift Card, it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. In the event that a space is not available, Carl Douglas Tennis Coaching may at their discretion extend the end date of the gift card.
• Transfer. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded
