On Sunday 28th November the City of Peterborough Club Championships finals took place. 

Along with our normal competition we ran a plate competition for players who lost their first round match. We had a great tournament with just under 80 players participating over the last few months.

Alex Parker starred in 3 finals that day winning 2 out of 3 and becoming the first player not called James to win the singles title.

Ladies Singles: Pippa Callow bt Holly Eccles 6-1,6-1

Mens Doubles: James Lewis & Laurence Maynard bt George Green & Alex Parker 7-5,6-2

Ladies Doubles: Suzanne Digby /Nicky Kier bt Bex Wycherley /Holly Eccles 6-1,6-1

Ladies doubles Plate: Amy Miller-Fox/ Alison Hurford bt Louise Fisher/Denise Mcglinchey 6-2,6-4.

Mixed Doubles: Anna De Trojan/Alex Parker bt Holly Eccles/Kevin Eccles 6-2,6-1.
