Cardio Tennis is Back!

We are delighted that Cardio Tennis with coach Lauren Jones is returning to Collingwood Tennis Club for the summer.

Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate full body workout. Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.

With the opportunity to hit so many balls (and little worry about where they actually go!), Cardio Tennis is great for beginners or those returning to tennis; and the fun games and challenges are more than enough to keep tennis regulars on their toes!
