All courts at Elthorne Park and the MUGA courts behind Elthorne High School are operated through an online booking system.

Booking a court

• Courts in Elthorne Park, along with the MUGA courts behind Elthorne High School, are managed through an online booking system.
• To book a court or find more information, visit: https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/ElthorneTennis
• Users can book one court for one hour per day, up to 7 days in advance.

After you book

• You will receive an email confirmation after booking.
• This email includes your unique 4-digit access code for the park courts.
• Your code will remain the same for future bookings, but will only work during your booked time and for the park courts.

Accessing the courts

• Enter your 4-digit code on the keypad at the gate and push the door to enter.
• Your code will work 5 minutes before, during, and 5 minutes after your booking time.

MUGA court bookings

• If booking a MUGA court, your confirmation email will also include a separate 4-digit padlock code (listed further down the email).
• Please remember to re-lock the padlock after use.

Fees

• The standard court booking fee is £8.70.
• Elthorne Tennis members pay £5.30 per booking.
• Floodlights cost £11.70 for public bookings and £8.30 for members.

Membership

• Annual membership costs £14.50 for both juniors and adults.
• Members benefit from reduced court booking fees.
• Anyone can become a member – see the website for full details.

Cancellations

• If you cancel more than 6 hours before your session, you will receive a court credit.
• Refunds are not issued.

Court etiquette

• Please follow good tennis etiquette at all times.
• Ensure balls are clearly marked.
