What age groups can attend?

Children aged 8–14 are welcome. Groups are arranged by age to keep activities suitable and enjoyable.

Mini-camps run from 12.30pm to 4pm. These shorted sessions are aimed at children aged 5–7.

Do you offer extended hours?

Yes. Breakfast club runs 8am–9am and after-camp runs 4pm–5pm.

What should my child bring?

  • Packed lunch
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Sportswear and trainers
  • Tennis racket if they have one (we have plenty of spares!)
  • Weather-appropriate clothing (sun hat / waterproof)
  • Sun cream

Where is the camp held?

All activities take place at Elthorne Park, W7, using the tennis courts, MUGA courts and surrounding fields.

Where are the toilets?

We have access to St Thomas’ Hall throughout the camp for toilet breaks. It is just a 2-minute walk from the courts, and children will always be accompanied by staff.

What happens in bad weather?

We continue in light rain where safe, using a large gazebo for shelter and covered activities. In heavier rain, we move into St Thomas' Hall where games and activities continue.

Are your staff DBS-checked?

Yes. All staff hold enhanced DBS checks and complete safeguarding and first aid training.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes. Families receive 10% off for each additional child.

Can I book single days?

Yes. You can book individual half-days, full-days or a full week.

I've just booked, what are the next steps?

We will send you further information in the lead up to your booked camp dates. 

What is your refund policy?

Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before camp starts. Full details are on our pricing page.
