Our staff are at the heart of the camp experience. Every coach and volunteer is friendly, energetic and committed to creating a fun, safe and inspiring environment.

Camp leader / manager – Matthew Cattaway

• Oversees the running of the camp each day
• Handles first aid, incidents and parent communication
• Supports coaches across all activity stations

Lead coaches – Francis Carrero, Emre Koyunoglu and James Killick

• Lead sessions in tennis, football, multi-sports and creative challenges
• Ensure activities are inclusive and suitable for each age group
• Demonstrate skills, manage group behaviour and keep sessions engaging

Training and safeguarding
All staff complete:

• Safeguarding and Child Protection training
• First Aid training
• Health and safety and risk management

Everyone holds an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate.
