Club Rules

1. We want everyone to have fun and enjoy your tennis, however, please familiarise yourself and any guest(s) you may bring, with the Code of Conduct of this club, they are for your and other member’s benefit.

2. Courts are available for use between 8am and 10pm daily, please book a court prior to playing. 

3. Members should make sure the courts are safe to play on, courts are not to be used when there are frost, ice, snow or puddles. 

4. Members can bring guests for a fee; members agree to take responsibility for the guest abiding by our Code of Conduct. 

5. Floodlight tokens can be bought in 30-minute intervals, 10pm is the cut off time for the use of the floodlights. 

6. Coaching sessions must be paid for prior to the start of a session, fees can only be paid online, we do not accept cash or bank transfers. 

7. Appropriate clothing and tennis footwear (flat soles, no studs) must be worn to protect from injury and damage to the courts. 

8. Remove all rubbish from the courts when finish and reframe from bringing food onto the courts. 

9. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere at the club, including the clubhouse, the alley way and the courts. 

10. Please close the main entrance gate when entering and exiting the premises. 

11. Keep the clubhouse tidy, bins are provided in and outside of the clubhouse. 

12. The last person to leave the clubhouse should set the alarm and lock the door. 

13. Junior members should be supervised at all times by a responsible adult while on the premises. 

14. Junior members must be accompanied by a responsible adult when using the clubhouse and toilet facilities. 

15. The club cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged property. 

16. Members should report any misuse of the premises to the committee.
