Playtomic

We use the Playtomic app for everything to do with the padel court, which includes, court booking, padel membership, coaching and playing matches.

When you book a court, you can also add extras such as hire rackets and balls.

How to register, buy padel membership & book a court

Register your details on the app via Apple, Google etc (please use the email address you use in Clubspark) and if requested don't forget to verify your account via email. Once you are in and each time you log in, Playtomic annoyingly may try to tempt you to sign up to their £41.99 unlimited premium plan. This can save on match fees, but for the majority it is not worth it.
From the app Home page scroll to go down to "find clubs around you", click 'enable location" and search for Lacey Green Padel. You can add it as a favourite by clicking the heart icon on the right.
If you would like to benefit from discounts from court booking, extended advance bookings, reduced padel coaching fees and other advantages, you will need to join our padel membership. From the tabs at the top "home", "bookings" etc scroll right until you see "memberships". If you are already a full member of the tennis club, the adult membership will be cheaper.
To join one of our tennis taster sessions either for existing tennis members or on our open day (for non-members of tennis), scroll right on the menu bar....."home", "book", "open matches", "competition" to "ACADEMY". On this tab, ensure you have "public classes" in bold (tap on it) and select which taster session you would like to join.
To book a court, scroll to "book" at the top of the screen or click on "book a court" from the home screen of Playtomic and search for Lacey Green Padel.
Choose your day, time to play and length of booking, 60 or 90 minutes, prices on the image are illustrative only. Peak pricing is after 5pm Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Off-peak is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
Pay for the court. You can either pay for the whole of the court or your 25% share of the booking and add the names of the other players. You need to check to see if the app recognises them as registered Playtomic users who have verified their accounts, in which case they will receive your booking invitation and be able to pay their share. If they have not yet verified their account then they will be unregistered and will not be able to pay through the app and you will be charged the balance of the booking. You can pay by card or through your Playtomic wallet.
At checkout you can add extras such as racket and ball hire. Confirm your booking and enjoy your game.
To cancel your booking, from the "Lacey Green Padel" home page use the left arrow at the top of the screen. Then click "profile" at the bottom of the screen and press the three horizontal lines at the top right. Click on "your activity" and then "matches". Highlight the match you wish to cancel and scroll to the bottom and press cancel.
To find courses and mix ins scroll along the top menu to "Academy" and click on "public classes" or "courses". Here you will find a range of courses run by our award winning coach Dan Smith.
The player wallet is not a product itself, but a payment method. It is like a wallet or purse that allows you to accumulate a balance of money that can only be used at Lacey Green Padel to pay for bookings etc. If you play frequently you may find it more useful to have a wallet, especially when we have special promotions giving you additional bookings money in exchange for a certain amount of money eg spend £100 and receive £110.
To top up your wallet scroll to the "home" page of Lacey Green Padel and scroll down past the location map to "offers'.
