Latika is delighted to announce Bethany Dark as our new Club Captain for the year. Below are some words from Bethany herself.

Hello there!

My name is Bethany and I am honoured to be your Club Captain this coming year.

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to Will Terry for the work he has done in the role over the past twelve months, and for the time he has given to the club.

I have been an active member of Latika since I was five years old. If you don't believe me, there are old photos in the clubhouse to prove it! I am a Level 1 coach and I am also the Captain of the Latika 18U Girls A team. I am passionate about the incredible community spirit here at Latika, as well as the amazing coaching provided by Matt, Trudi and the team. I am always amazed by the quality of tennis displayed by our players across all age groups, and I can't wait to see how much we will all improve throughout this year.

As part of my role, I will be representing the young people of Latika at committee meetings and the like. If you see me around, please come and have a chat! I look forward to seeing you on court soon!
